Huntington National Bank Trust Fund Specialist 2 in Findlay, Ohio

Responsible for trade, income and corporate action processing for shadow accounts, within the Alternate Asset team in Trust Operations. Perform other functions to support bank deposit account processing and Global/International asset settlements.

Participate in a fast-paced environment with high volume, critical transactions that require prioritization and organizational skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reconciling asset positions for multiple custodians, corporate action processing, daily transaction activity and new account funding and account closing support. Follows, or in some cases establishes effective controls and processes to ensure risks are monitored, controlled and adhered to consistently. Cross-training in other areas of Trust Operations will be required. Must be able to work within extremely tight deadlines while delivering superior customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1+ years' of bank operations experience or securities processing and reconciliation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent customer-service skills

Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with Trust Accounting systems or similar systems

Self-motivated, deadline driven and able to work in an ever-changing environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented, extremely well organized and ability to multi-task

Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities

Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite Software
