Huntington National Bank Senior QA Testing Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

The Enterprise Information Management team is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in system integration, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing

  • Ability to create test plan and cases based off of approved requirements and system design documents

  • Participate in testing of production defects before changes are moved into the environment

  • Maintain test cases and data in Quality Center as well as manage defect remediation on assigned projects.

  • Collaborate with PM, BSAs, Data Modelers, and Developers to ensure an end to end understanding of the system data flow.

  • Comply with all Huntington SDLC standards and testing strategies / procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of industry standard QA Testing experience

  • 3+ years of experience testing Enterprise Data Warehousing Applications

  • 3+ years of experience working on DB2, SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain issues clearly.

  • Experience working in Waterfall as well as Iterative approach.

  • Ability to work in fast paced/time bound environment.

  • Ability to lead small teams -- onshore and offshore.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects.

  • Ability to Prioritize projects based on emerging trends.

  • Provide weekly project status to Enterprise QA.

  • Provide project status to PM and team.

  • Schedule and Run Defect Triage meetings.

  • Maintain Capacity/Demand and communicate changes.

  • Escalate resource constraints to QA Manager.

  • Automation experience a plus.
