Huntington National Bank Relationship Service Specialist in Columbus, Ohio

The Relationship Service Specialist (RSS) provides first line service support for commercial lending and business depository customers by creating and executing customer facing documentation, processing and servicing needs. This individual is responsible for the quality assurance of depository business documentation which includes legal agreements, resolutions and documentation of other requirements. In additional the RSS will provide support with loan questions, draw and pay downs and general day to day maintenance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Commercial Banking environment.

  • High School Diploma.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of Commercial deposit and credit products.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

  • Demonstrated exceptional organization skills and the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously.

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
