Enterprise Marketing Specialist

The Enterprise Marketing Specialist will lead strategy and execution for Huntington’s strategic business initiatives. They will develop and execute marketing plans to drive business through new programs that meet business needs and impact multiple lines of business.

What you’ll do:

This person will lead a cross-functional team to understand business goals, build marketing plans to achieve those goals, implement plans, then measure and scale. In addition, this person will lead the execution of plans, working with creative, digital, and compliance departments.

  • Build new initiatives from the ground up by understanding business goals, market trends, consumer behavior and the company’s strategic direction.

  • Lead cross-functional teams from Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Digital to create and execute marketing plans.

  • Build the go-to-market approach to ensure seamless customer experiences while driving business results and building brand awareness.

  • Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to build awareness of the marketing strategy and contribution to the business.

  • Develop business cases for new marketing strategies to include testing and financial return.

  • Execute plans through the marketing process across paid and owned channels.

  • Deliver programs on time and on budget.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience

  • Experience:

  • building marketing plans from scratch.

  • leading teams toward a common goal.

  • partnering with a data and analytics team to understand the return on marketing investment.

  • Driving business results.

  • Working with and presenting to senior leaders.

  • Successfully executing projects in a complex environment.
