Brief Description:

The Information Security Analyst position provides outstanding customer service at all times. The role is to provide technical assistance and support related to requests submitted by the colleagues. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

This high volume service position will allow you to engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to our colleagues and the provisioning team. Your daily tasks could also include:

Detailed Description:

  • May support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility

  • Participates in testing efforts

  • Provides Level 2 production support

  • Adheres to security requirements

  • Reports security issues when appropriate

  • Adheres to policies, procedures and standards

  • Monitors production, outputs, and services to ensure that SLAs, and other quality metrics, are being met

  • Manages user access to systems or applications

  • Administers the set-up of new profiles, creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts for enterprise systems

  • Monitors ticketing queue and responds to service requests or incidents

  • Ensures that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers

  • Routinely operate as the afterhours on-call for the team which includes responding to any issues and managing the investigation, mitigation, and recovery of the issue(s)

  • Works with Information Security, where needed, in investigations and/or audits/assessments of systems

  • Daily Terminations

  • Cancel Hires

  • Hot Terms

  • Monthly Termination (FullCheckReview)

  • Monthly Duplicate ID

  • Monthly UnMatched ID

  • Weekly Transfers

  • User Lists with accompanying IPE

  • Support to provision access from Application & Infrastructure Access Reviews

  • Audit, risk, PWC inquires for User Lists and research regarding execution of tasks provisioned by IAM team

  • Resiliency to address ID take down

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Min 1 year of information technology experience including experience in Active Directory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Requires basic knowledge of various infrastructure solutions

  • Basic to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools
