Description
Under general supervision, provides advanced production support to a functional area.
Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision.
Utilizes specialized skills to coordinate, review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to the Consumer Research team.
Responsible for daily workflow assignment and coaching support to colleagues.
Consults and serves as an administrative liaison with bank personnel, outside vendors and customers.
Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and area's internal and external clients.
Supports manager in day to day operations.
This is a hybrid position you must be near 5555 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, Ohio
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years’ experience in loan servicing
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of installment loan, mortgage and equity products
GLWeb processing required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proven ability to communicate with all level of colleagues, both written and verbal
Proven ability to problem solve
Demonstrated self-starter
Proven ability to prioritize work
Leadership experience preferred
Team building skills
Ability to accommodate fast pace environment with high production demands
