Huntington National Bank Commercial Insurance Sales Executive in Columbus, Ohio
Huntington Insurance, Inc. is looking for a driven self-starter who is passionate about Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance. The right candidate for this position will be motivated to consistently achieve the best sales results and meet high volume deadlines. This Inside Sales role requires a high energy and personable communication style that will lend to engaging both Centers of Influence as well as prospective Customers.
A qualified candidate must possess a consistent organizational style that allows them to manage a high volume of customers in various stages, from start to finish, including documentation and follow-up. Experience working with small businesses and their insurance risk management products is key.
This role will include the following expectations:
Quote and Sell Small Commercial Insurance products
Identify Account Round opportunities for Personal lInes, Life and other financial services products
Build a pipeline via Inbound and Outbound calls to prospective clients
Identify insurance risks and the coverages that protect them
Counsel and advise prospects on matters of protection and coverage
Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources
Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within agency guidelines
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, carrier sites, as well as internal systems and Salesforce.com
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations related to the Insurance industry
Interact closely with insurance partners and/or Bankers to meet customer needs
Assignments are regularly monitored and work is screened according to agency standards
A valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
Minimum three year's insurance experience
One year minimum experience in sales and/or customer service-related position
High School diploma or equivalent
Life & Health Insurance is a plus
