Brief Description:

Business Systems Analyst Lead supporting Master Data Management Solutions. This is not a management role, but a BSA Lead role. This role is responsible for eliciting requirements in the customer domain, as well as, coordinating participating BSA's assigned to larger customer master projects.

Detailed Description:

  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements which include the processes, data definitions, data rules, mapping and corresponding business rules to deliver the requested business functions

  • Partner with the technical leads and developers on the technical design and development process ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered

  • Negotiate and communicate priority for new capabilities

  • Maintain documentation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min 7 years of experience in writing business and functional requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in an MDM environment a plus

  • Experience leading multiple Business Systems Analyst to deliver complex projects

  • Experience in role where requirements focused on data mapping and data rules

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be comfortable presenting information to all levels in the organization.

  • Works well under pressure and with deadlines

  • Strong planning and organizational skills and capable of handling multiple projects

  • Comfortable writing or running simple SQL queries against data sources
