Huntington National Bank Business Analyst, Sr in Columbus, Ohio
Provides specialized support for assigned business process within supported business units, which includes the following:
Supports enterprise-wide, complex and highly visible and/or cross functional strategic initiatives
Works with assigned teams and SMEs to recommend optimal business processes and improvements.
Assists enterprise teams to work through business programs/project prioritization and demonstrates personal excellence in balancing multiple priorities, adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
Leads and coordinates requirements gathering, eliciting detailed business requirements to compliment and support business segment project initiatives
Works effectively within a team of colleagues from multiple segments/departments demonstrating strong teamwork and holds partners accountable to deliverables.
Acts as liaison between business segment(s) and process/system users and/or between users and other corporate areas.
Researches problems and acts independently to resolve.
Provides adhoc reporting and analysis to support the EPMO Demand Management and EPMO teams.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of business process and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned programs
Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered.
Minimum 5+ years related experience in financial services, business analysis, requirements gathering
- MS Office program skills, including Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and process mapping skills.
